Description:
Sacrifice Accepted is a survival game.
You play as a native on a remote island, trying to make ends meet. You need to collect food to eat, build shelter and explore the island.
..... And make the correct sacrifice for the very real god, that resides in the volcano.!
If you don't make proper sacrifices in a timely manner, the volcano is going to blow up, threatening to destroy your home and burn you alive! You'll have a short time to run back to cover in your hut!
How many days can you survive?
How to play:
As a new dawn rise, there'll be a new unique daily Mission and Sacrifice.
The daily missions can, as of writing this, be either collect coconuts or perform jumps.
Collect coconuts require you to carry coconuts back to your camp. Within the walls.
Perform jump require you to.. well.. Jump.
Sacrifices will be displayed at the top center, and indicate a vague category. Find objects as you interpret as meeting the category, throw it in the lava - and pray.
Correct sacrifices boosts your Appeasement Meter.
Wrong sacrifices drains your Appeasement Meter.
Keep this up until the day is over, or you blow up!
Developers notes:
This was my final exam for my Game Audio semester. It's a solo project I did in about 2 months. I hope I'll get the time to make it into the game I want it to be. But for now, have a try and see if you like it - or not. Suggestions and comments are wholeheartedly welcomed!
